2. Services

Verified.com.np provides business, product, and individual verification services for platforms operating in Nepal. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the verification process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination of service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as per the plan selected. Annual plans are billed upfront. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of billing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, badges, and reports generated by Verified.com.np remain the intellectual property of Verified.com.np. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to display verification badges on their platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Verified.com.np is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morang, Nepal.
